How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day for general enquiries. Trial requests are usually answered the same day; enterprise security reviews are routed to our compliance team and acknowledged within 24 hours.
Can I get a trial without talking to sales?
Yes. Say so in your message and we will send credentials directly. We will follow up once, and then leave you alone unless you ask.
Do you sign NDAs before a demo?
Happily. Send yours, or ask for ours — it is a two-page mutual NDA, which we will not negotiate for three weeks.
Can we run a proof of concept on our own documents?
Yes. A typical PoC runs for four weeks on a defined document set with agreed success criteria, in an isolated tenant that is deleted at the end unless you continue.
